Public Gallery
When you upload your media you are given the option to display them in the Public Gallery. Here, only other registered users can view your media and they also have the ability to send you a private message. This is especially useful if you want to sell your images as it allows a direct means of contact between you and the potential buyer. How you complete any transaction is entirely up to you. We just provide the means of initial contact. Other users will only see a small preview of your image. Your original image is safe and is only accessible by you. If you do end up making any financial transactions, you may want to consider opening a PayPal account. It's free and above all a secure way of accepting/sending credit card payments online. They take a very small percentage from each transaction typically between 2% and 4%. We use PayPal and are very happy with the service. More info...

You can use your Firesnaps account to display your pictures in posts and listings on other websites. This can greatly improve the visual impact of your post/listing and in some cases actually save you money. For example, when you sell anything on Ebay, displaying images of the item you are selling can be instrumental in achieving a successful sale. Ebay currently charges you when you want to display images in your listing. Firesnaps provides you with a Get Code button for each of your digital images. Simply copy the small amount of code and paste it directly into your Ebay listing. When your listing is viewed, your images are pulled in from your Firesnaps account and are displayed within your Ebay listing. Viola!
*Although we allow you to link media from your Firesnaps Account to other websites, we do not allow you to use Firesnaps to effectively host any design elements, logos, buttons and/or graphical content which is used as part of the website design itself.
